1. Payment Terms

• Orders require 50% payment upfront before manufacturing begins.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the product and prior to shipment.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, CashApp, Credit Card, or Check. (Note: Checks must clear before manufacturing begins.)

2. Product Condition & Customization

• All products are made-to-order. Delivery times may vary depending on current workload, order volume, and production schedule.

• Fiberglass fuselages include the fiberglass part only. They do not include wood, formers, or additional components.

• Short kits include only the cut wood parts as specified by the plans. Buyers are responsible for purchasing stringers, sheeting, and other necessary materials.

• All products are sold à la carte (individual parts). Buyers must order everything they require.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Items are packaged carefully; however, shipping timelines depend on production volume and carrier services.

• Seller is not responsible for carrier delays once the item is shipped.

4. Defects, Issues, and Repairs

• Any issues or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Buyers must provide clear photos of the problem areas.

• Seller will repair or resolve legitimate issues as appropriate.

• No adjustments will be made after the 48-hour period.

5. Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.

All models and kits are crafted with precision and care. These are radio-controlled aircraft kits designed to fly, and as such, proper assembly, setup, and operation require builder experience and skill. The customer assumes all responsibility for safe construction, handling, and operation of any model or component purchased from our company.

Fiberglass Components & Builder Responsibility

All fiberglass parts are designed directly from the original designer’s plans and files. We make every effort to ensure accurate fit and alignment; however, due to variations in construction methods, skill levels, and plan sources, perfect fit cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:

• These kits are not ARFs (Almost Ready-to-Fly) and require builder knowledge to complete.

• If copied, modified, or non-original plans are used, fit and compatibility issues may occur.

• The responsibility for proper alignment, fitting, and final assembly lies solely with the builder/modeler.

Custom Orders

All custom-made items are non-refundable. Once a custom order has been placed and payment received, the sale is final. Due to material costs, preparation time, and customization work, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. Please review all specifications and approvals carefully prior to purchase.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change with or without immediate notice due to market fluctuations and material costs. While we strive to keep all website listings current, updates may take several days. The quoted price at the time of your order is the guaranteed price.
Any sale or promotional pricing is valid only during the time the sale is posted; once the sale ends or is removed from the website, discounted pricing is no longer available. We reserve the right to extend or modify any promotional terms at our discretion.
